The Ziza website and applications are published by Ziza LLC. The publication director is the designated officer of Ziza LLC.

2. Hosting

The Ziza platform is hosted on infrastructure operated by:

• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) — Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. cloud.google.com
• Services used include: Cloud Run (containerized applications), Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL database), Cloud Storage (file storage), and Cloud Pub/Sub (messaging).

3. Intellectual Property

All elements of the Ziza website and applications — including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, source code, and software — are the exclusive intellectual property of Ziza LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any part of the Ziza platform without the express written authorization of Ziza LLC is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal prosecution.

The name "Ziza," the Ziza logo, and associated marks are trademarks of Ziza LLC. Unauthorized use of any Ziza trademark is prohibited.

4. Nature of Services

Ziza LLC operates a technology intermediary platform that connects:

• Riders seeking on-demand transportation services;
• Driver Partners who provide transportation as independent contractors;
• Professionals offering roadside assistance and vehicle maintenance services ("Ziza Craft").

Ziza LLC does not directly provide transportation, towing, or roadside assistance services. Driver Partners and Professionals operating on the platform are independent contractors and are solely responsible for the services they render. Ziza LLC assumes no liability for their acts, omissions, or the quality of services provided.

5. Regulatory Compliance

Ziza LLC operates in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and New Jersey state regulations, including:

• Transportation Network Company (TNC) regulations of the State of New Jersey;
• New Jersey Data Privacy Act (NJDPA);
• The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) — we are committed to accessible services;
• Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) — governing background checks on Driver Partners;
• PCI DSS — for the security of payment card transactions.

6. Limitation of Liability

The information published on the Ziza website is provided for general informational purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate and up to date, Ziza LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the information.
